Your home says a lot about the people that reside there and we at Swiss Hills like to make this area functional and aesthetically pleasing and keeping in mind affordable. In order to achieve this we believe it starts with a plan. All the considerations should be taken into affect drainage, existing soils, exposure, existing structures, local bylaws, and elevations, privacy requirements, foot and vehicle traffic areas, zones for children and pets, security and safety.

All of the landscape design plans at Swiss Hills are done to scale, which show hard surfaces and soft landscaping. The plant material is labeled with qualities. Latin and common names to ensure the proper plant is installed. We then step the customer through the costs of various charges per square foot for these hard surfaces and plant material pricing, maintenance requirements and warranties. The landscape plan than can be broken down into areas to suit the home owners budget for each zone in the landscape.

After all these considerations are taken into effect we schedule a tentative start date. When we start your landscape construction project every effort is taken to protect existing structures, plant material, neighbours and the home owners daily lifestyle. Only sound proven landscape practices are implemented. Quality materials, Canadian grown plant goods that are historically hardy for our zone are used. Care is taken in the transportation of these living plants from the nursery to your home to minimize transplanting shock.

After installation of the new landscape we offer maintenance programs on weekly monthly or annual basis.
